What’s included in a lease?
Design, containers, delivery/installation, scheduled maintenance (watering, cleaning, pruning, fertilizing, eco-safe pest care) and free replacements if a plant declines.
How long are leasing terms?
Most clients choose 12 months, with options for longer terms and seasonal refresh add-ons.
Do you replace plants that decline?
Yes. Plant health is guaranteed under our leasing program; replacements are included.
Do you offer residential services?
We do. While we focus on commercial interiors, we also design and maintain private residences and condo lobbies.
Can we buy plants and planters without leasing?
Absolutely. Browse our Products to purchase; we can install and maintain them as an add-on.
